About the INIA
The INIA is recognised as the sole National Voice of the Industry, and actively engages with local and national government on issues impacting the industry.
Through our dealings with Senior Gardai we are trying to shape a uniform national policing strategy for the night time economy, as well as developing an active partnership approach to problem solving. This partnership approach is being rolled out nationally through Joint Policing Committees, and their sub groups in every local council jurisdiction.
The INIA is a responsive voice for the industry, with the necessary PR and media monitoring resources.
The Association negotiates copyright tariffs charged by the licensing bodies IMRO and PPI.
The INIA aims to provide it’s members with up to date information on all legislative and licensing issues, and best practice models from around Ireland and abroad.
The activities of the Association are funded through Membership subscriptions.
